Thanks Dave.  For a while, I was having trouble remembering which exact car this was.   But yes, it is the Paul Phillips car.   This was the day we picked it up in '82.   I had hair back then.

If you know who the current owner is, I think I have the owners manual for the car with the VIN marked in it.   Just found it recently in a file cabinet.

Aero426

This is from the fall of 1975 when Paul owned it.   Car is the one closest to the camera.    The middle one is Al Hutchison's car which at the time had a 318 in it.   My dads car is the green one which I still have.

never mind the hair. check out those cords. it is way cool to see the history come together for this car.

dave's ability to recall details about specific cars never ceases to amaze me.

doug's archives of documentation and photos are equally impressive.

the two of them are walking wing car encyclopedias.

i doubt either of you guys hear "thank you" often enough, but this makes at least one time today.

Thanks Sam. Glad to have met you .And tracing your cars history and maybe we will turn up more .As I started off following local Cars
I got aa dealer ad for a six pack superbird.$3395 that sold from Don Horrow Motors Woodbury NJ.This car sold new in my town the ad mentioned stock# 2749.Which matched the paperwork I seen for RM23VOA167121 when I was going over this car from my town.I knew of and frequently worked on..He bought the car from another local guy in 1973 for $850.00.The first original purchasing owner turned the car back in to the dealer. For a more pratical car to travel out of town with .

Then Don Horrow listed the car again same car and stock number$3850.I found changing prices on this car from time to time in the ads

First the bird was cleaned then drove it for a 100 miles or so and spun #7 bearing let the games begin.  I replaced all brake and fuel lines, new exhaust, new clutch, and rebuilt the motor. ($$$$ that I don't have) but had too or else I never would of ment DAVE :) Thanks again Dave.  Doug please tell me how I can get the owner's manual? (I do have the build sheet) I'll post next pic of fender tag that Dave was talking about missing gate #'s and I think some other #'s too? Thanks for your help Sam.
