Don't think the under dash part is shown by itself (for a 69 anyway, not sure what year you have). I believe the power feed wire shown in the "pw & cruise" diagram goes to a relay which is triggered by the ignition switch when in on or acc position.

Yes,I have a 69. In that diagram,it's the wire in the middle ,top of the pic . I thinkit is W1-12T,it says 'to instrument panel wiring'.I don't see it's "mate" in the under dash wiring diagram. If I remember right,the relay "clips" on to the back of the fuse box. Thanks for the diagrams.

So,if I tap the fuse box,from a "key on only" ,power source the relay would be "engaged" the whole time the car is running. Wouldn't that burn out the relay pretty quick?? Thinking about it,it seems the only way to do it. Thanks for the help.

I have one.....Its the power window accessory wining harness.  Its gets it power of the other side of the ammeter then runs through a relay which then supplies the power to the windows.  I'll take a picture of it and post tomorrow
