I have called and left messages with Shelly twice now. She has not returned a call yet. I think they are not so much a scam operation as a poorly run bussiness operation. I will keep trying. Is anything you have recieved from them good quality? Besides the hassle of missing parts.

well the pieces I got were the same I was to get from any vendor, so quality is the same I could got anywhere, just RIGHTLY priced by "AzBob"

Arm rest doesn't worth a penny. Maybe that coud be found from a better source. Will search for better ones, but is hard to tell with just pics.

A pillars really $**KS, they are Accuform. Legendary was to send the same. It looks is the only manufacturer of those, so not a vendors fault.

Palco pieces ( labeled as Dashtop... Seatback panels and Kicks ) are simply decent, but still not perfect or Nice. The side screw locations for hinges areas on Seatbacks are totally incorrect. Grain pattern is not good either around hinges. Once again, just decent, and better than chalky panels. Rest of panel is quite decent or even good enough if you match al the interior with same panels ( which is what I'm trying to do )

I'm affraid about the rear quarters IF SOMEDAY I GET THEM, since the 74 kind are only available from Accuform. That was told by Shelly the same than who attended me on Legendary. 71/73s are available from Palco and Accuform, but 74s just Accuform.

Doors wil be Palco. So I know now what to expect for those.

Once thing for sure... I'D NEVER WAS TO PAY THE LEGENDARY PRICE FOR THE SAME PANELS I'M GETTING FROM "AZBOB" if I have known before the repro quality of these parts. I was allmost ready to do it, but Thanks God ( if we can say that, because this problem has been a BIG headache ) got a WAY BETTER QUOTE in the middle of the deal with Legendary.

I don't think a paypal dispute will work after 5 months. Once I tried to begin a dispute 3 or 4 weeks later ( on another item ) and paypal message was they advised me to get an agreement with seller. They only protect me for two weeks.

I looked up "Vehicle Interior Parts" on the BBB, that is the Better Business Bureau. The BBB is an organization in the States that rates business's by how well they satisfy there customers. It is a powerful tool for consumers. I don't know if you have heard of them before Nacho. Vehicle Interior Parts already has one complaint against them. They tried to resolve it but the customer was not satisfied. That is not good for there reputation.

This is what we can do. Contact Shelly again and tell her you are prepared to file a complaint with the BBB. Tell her you want your missing parts or you will file the complaint. I will file it for you if you want. Mention that Vehicle Interior parts already has one negative rating against them. See what she has to say, and how quickly she responds. Give her one last chance to make it right. If she does not satisfy you we will file the complaint.

Better yet, I can call her number and leave her this message for you. I doubt she will answer my call. She knows I am local, if you want me to do that.

You know last time I talked to Shelly I asked her if she would be interested in booth space at our H.E.M.I. show coming up in January. It is going to coinside with Barret-Jackson Scottsdale. She was interested then. But I don't want them at the show now unless she makes it right for you, Vehicle Interior Parts will get a less than favorable rap in the Mopar and auto restoration community around here.

Have not heard anything from them.

The BBB is there for consumers to request help with resolving poor service from a store or bussines. The BBB will step in and try to help resolve the problem. If the problem can not be resolved than the negative status will stay on the BBB's record for that bussines. It can easily be viewed by all consumers on the BBB website. If a bussines gets a lot of negative marks on there record people who look them up before doing bussines with them may just stay away, and shop some where else. It is good incentive for a bussines to satisfy your customers and keep a clean record. Interior Parts already has 1 bad remark on the BBB website. They should be concerned before they get another.

yes, somebody from moparts gave me that option... haven't had the time to contact them yet. I meant filling forms. I emailed them first asking if they would attend a case from an outsider. I think the answer I got is an automatic response requesting to fill the forms

I didn't want to fill any form without know first if they really would pay attention to my case and making me loose the time

I would definitely persue that option. Internet fraud seems to be getting a lot of attention and Attorney Generals seem to live for that type of thing. Generally they don't need to do anything other than send an official letter to the person and it gets cleared up right away.

I got ahold of a shelly, but once I told her why I called, she hung up on me and would not answer the phone again after that. The other numbers got me nowhere.
