Im assuming to get this looked these are bagged?  Unless he never drives the car on the roads since it might hit the road and harm the under carriage area?

I liked the 'little bit of tire' under the body, but I know if I go over speed bumps im gonna scrape the buttom somehow unless I had the abliliy to raise it.

That one is actually not bagged, leafes (spelling?) in the back!

If the car posted in the first post of this thread is in Sweden, consider their tax base allows them to have very nice roadways that are better maintainted than most anything you will find in the US. That allows them to get away with skinny sidewalls and stiff suspensions that would tear a car apart on almost any US road way.

Function and fit! 16-17-18-19 wheels look real nice
If your into the tiny 15" look that's ok too
But performance is in the bigger sizes
There is a limit to how big and yes a lot do cross the line!

Just remember little wheels =little brakes

Agreed.  I like the look of staggered 17" and 18".

Some people here on this forum at anti- plus size wheels
Glad to see a lot of you guys are out there!!!!

I've always been partial to 15" rims for muscle cars.  These are wrapped with 245-60 on the front and 295-50 in the rear.  Dropped as far as I could go while keeping it everyday-driveable.

Depending on the style they don't look bad. Chip foose wheels are horrific in my opinion.  The torque thrusts look really good in big sizes and if they made a vector in a 16 or 17 I would probably buy it. The low profile tires would make a world of difference.

KWS' Extreme Lee with custom billet Vectors by Budnik. Sizes 18" & 19".
Would these be considered horrific or ghetto??  :scratchchin:

I like the look of an 18" but some of the 15" & 16" with the fat tire and lowered look great also. Too each their own  :2thumbs:

Yes, I agree.

For the last couple years I thought larger wheels were the way to go.  After seeing a few of these Chargers, the "look" is all in the stance.  If you drop it down low it will look good no matter what.

16-17" would be bout the maximum for me. "Hitman's" post with the black Dodge looks tarded. Not enough backspacing on the wheels. Looks to "Hot wheels" to me.

See, you and I can agree on some things  :yesnod:

Dino

It's all about the ratio.  I see a lot of classics with bigger rims and they usually look stunning but sometimes people go overboard.  Looking at the black 68 in Sweden I think the wheels simply do not match the car, it looks wrong.  This is just my opinion, there's no real right or wrong until you start putting hi jacks and 24+" rims on them.   :eek2:

I'm also a big fan of the deep dish rims, I just don't like Chargers without but there's exceptions.

If you're racing the car thought you shouldn't be looking at the fashion side of things, only at what gets you through the corners fastest.

Ehhh, I'm not so sure. Stance is a HUGE part of it, but you can nail the stance and still have the wrong wheels on it. KWS's Ultiamte Lee has awful rims on it, IMO, but the stance is decent. I'm not saying all big rims are bad, some look good, but not all of them work well with classic lines.

Thats true, I should have thought that through more before just typing it out.  Wheels do matter. . alot.  But like a couple of the Chargers pictured above with Vectors, they look so much better because of stance.  I feel if they where sitting higher, they would not look as good.  In my opinion the Vectors are a "alright" wheel.  But these guys above have their cars looking real good because of stance.

Some of the bigger wheels do suck, and no matter what, the stance will not help sh!tty wheels.

As a side note I like KWS's wheels.  Not everyones taste, but I think they look cool on his car.
