1970 Charger help!

I know there are some experts on this site as many others who can help me critique and tear apart this car. Maybe one of you is in Florida and can go look. I did this once before and you guys saved me from a bad purchase so round 2!!! So I'm trusting the car gods and all of you to check out this beast and let me know. I know it's the wrong color, wrong interior and 4 barrel instead of 2.  I just want a driver my dad can be proud of. Realistically I want a blue with white top white interior.....but this looks sharp and I think he'd like it.  So help me out if ya can all! Thanks for your help!!!

Where is the car and who is doing the work? Is there a link to this info??

Car is in gainesville Florida. I don't have the name of the guy that did the restoration. It was done 5 years ago.
