70 Charger 500 Tail Panel numbers

Restoring the tail panel on my 70 Charger 500 and the original holes were filled in poorly by previous owner and "500" replaced with the standard Charger script with medallion emblem.

I've stripped it down and located the holes;

Question is, is "Charger 500" all one badge or separate? If separate, where can I get a "500" badge?

The "500" on the grill appears to be larger than what would be on the rear.

The "Charger" and the "500" are separate, same goes with the R/T tail panels. Only the arrow emblem was part of the Charger script. The front emblem is screwed on and the one on the tail panel is riveted (crimped) on. As far as size, I'm not sure. I can get pics, part #'s, and measurements for you if needed, but not for at least a month. BTW, they reproduce the headlight door emblem.

There is a NOS tail panel "500" emblem on Ebay right now, maybe you could ask him for measurements.

I had seen the NOS one for $99, assuming it was from a 69 Charger 500, and a day after I posted this Q i saw 2 more on Ebag for $35 shipped, Ordered one, it Should be here tomorrow.

Will post pics of emblem and fit.

Used the existing Left 2 mounting hole for "Charger" script and had to modify slightly the Right 2 mounting holes to mount the Repo ($30 on Ebay) "500" script.

Also, note the Emblems aren't quite centered; Could this have been an R/T tail panel?

On first pic (installed with no tail light gaskets yet) you can see the light housing is off a bit, i'll be widening out mounting the holes on final install.
