Trouble posting pics with ads

Have run into this problem a couple of times recently, have composed ad, and attempt to attach pic, (through "Browse,").  Had message "file too large."  Back up and re-size pic, then use "Browse" function again, when I click submit I get a message that post has already been submitted.  Go out and back into website but post has not been submitted.  Is is required to re-name/re-compose post once it has "failed" submission/

Yes thats right, you need to also rename the pic if submission fails.
