'74 Charger - Need help with vacuum lines

Well, we are just about finished installing the new 440 in my sons 74 Charger, but we need some help with the vacuum lines.  Unfortunately, we don't have any photos of where they might have gone before the motor was removed.

Can anyone give me a list of the vacuum lines we need to hook up, and where they should go on the intake or carb, or wherever.

I'm sure it would be good to know that the intake is an Edelbrock Torker 440, the carb is an Edelbrock 1406 4 barrel.

Any advice would be great!
