isolator bushings install ?

While I have the car up to swap out my tranny, I would like to do the bushings.

Can someone tell me how to do this??

Thanks, should have mentioned that I have Energy Suspension poly's and I am wanting someone who has replaced their's to tell me how.

K-frame bushings.

Those are easy, for the most part.

Do one at a time and you wont have an issue, just unbolt it, remove the old bushing and install the new one.

One thing, make sure you use a good penetrating oil (like deep creep). I cant stress the importance of making sure you use as much heat and penetrating oil as possible, granted you dont want to snap a bolt but even more importantly you dont want to crack the nut thats welded inside the frame rail loose, because if you do your cutting a hole in the frame rail to re-weld it.

Also they like to rust on the 2 ends closest to the passenger and driver due to water puddling in that area. It would be wise to clean it up and spray it with some paint.
