Are Charger owners more likely to be "keepers"?

I would say yes, mopar owners tend to keep their cars.  Fewer of them and harder to find.   Drive around town and you will see mustangs, chevelles and a camaro or two but how many challengers or chargers do you see?

I sure hope I never have to get rid of mine but family first so if something happens it'll have to go.

I've had a few serious offers of $25K which is a lot more than what I have into it but I couldn't ask for a better car so I'd be nuts to sell it.  If someone wants to pay a ridiculous amount for it then we'll talk.  That's not gonna happen though.

I think I'll store this thread in my favorites to bring back at a later date when the economy comes back around and prices go up again..THEN we'll see who's holding onto Chargers.

Charger owners don't keep them any longer than a typical Chevy owner does when it comes to M-O-N-E-Y...Hell, we got one on this very site that wants to get rid of his Charger for a damn Pontiac T/A...Another here has had what? Like 146 Chargers or something like that, so they are definately gotten rid of.

The "real" "Diehard" keeps his/her car even when the Cashola he/she's offered is about 4 times what they originally wanted. Until then, everybody gets rid of Chargers. Otherwise, there wouldn't Be ANY on CL, or EPAY..

I still have mine after 27 years. Yet with 2 kids in college, I did put it up for sale recently but when my 13 year old son found out , he teared up and said "How could you?" My wife's expression echoed the same.  Sometimes family forces one not to sell. I took a second job to pay some of the bills instead.
