Can anyone help me determine where these parts belong ??? they are off my 69' and as i didn't remove them i have no idea where they go....i'm sure someone will be able to tell me pretty quickly...

Top one is the rubber air shield that goes on the leading edge of the hood and seals to the top of the rad cradle.

yes, for the front.
1968 505" EFI 4-speed

Torque converters are for construction equipment.

As the others said, the two outside brackets go on the back and hold the tail pipes.
