Magnaflow mufflers

I tried the search but didn't really get a good answer, who is running magnaflow mufflers and how do you like them? 

Sound, performance, etc.

I was thinking either dynomax super turbos or the magnaflows.

I so wanted a set of Flowmasters for that patented Flowmaster tone, however senior tech guys here told me that maximum performance could only be realized with the Dynomax Ultraflows.  The Dynomax's don't sound as mean as the Flowmasters let's say, but they're reputed to perform the best out of all other brands and that's what is more important to me in a muffler...

Magnaflow is a real descent muffler....a true flow through design like the dynomax ultraflows. Flowmaster is a terrible muffler from a performance standpoint. If you want to slow the car down just bolt a set on. How good are ultraflows : 69 charger, pump gas stroker, 630hp runs 10.50's with full x-pipe exhaust and 3in ultraflows. The car is actually faster with the mufflers on than it is on open exhaust....guess they work. 

The magnaflows are on par with the ultraflows...just a little quieter due to denser internal packing = more sound absorption.

I've had Magnaflows on the Cadillac. They sounded good. I've got Hooker Aerochambers now though. Completly different sound, but definitly kick ass!

Got em on the General. They sound good. I can talk while cruising, but they sound awsome when you put the hammer down.

Thanks for the replys, I think I will go with the magnaflows, they look a little better quality with the welded seams instead of the pinched seams.

i wouldn't suggest flowmaster super delta 40's if you like your hearing i was nieve enough to put a set on my car and now im one of the loudest people around. not very fun when you try to sneak to college at 6:30 in the morning through your neigborhood.javascript:void(0);
