This is one of the three types of real estate that would interest me if I had some extra cash to spend. That doesn't include my current house, I see that as just a place to sleep, eat, park my cars, & spend money while I work & make more money to spend on it. The other two would be something that sits on a mountain away from civilization, & something that was walking distance from the Carlisle Fairgrounds.

This is really cool, but I can almost guarantee it would be a bitch to get all your approvals to actually build a house. I can't imagine the project going too smoothly knowing you need to install a septic system that close to water.  :o

Oh yeah, I'd have to buy a boat, too.  ::)

For me to own an island, it would have to have a stretch one quarter mile in length and a dock that could support paving machinery.
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.

It's only in 7-10' of water and looks like it's really close to shore. Buy an autocar or practice swimming. ;) I love the address! The last time I was in that area (Ft Meyers) it was pretty nice. I bet building would be a HUGE hassle.

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

The real estate market in Naples/Ft Meyers is total crap right now.   That area of Florida is VERY economically depressed still.  I bet someone could get this for a steal and sit on it.
