More than I paid for my 1968 Hemi Coronet. This is really no longer a hobby, but retirement funding and rich boy playgrounds.

thats too funny.   sometimes people list things for twice their value, looking for a lucky sale (or you might say a sucker) I call it fishing. all it really proves is that the seller really isnt all that interested or worried about selling it.

It looks like the top side vents are larger then the underside view of vents? Maybe an optical illusion, considering the seller seem to be dillusional I am not surprised. I will be shocked if someone pays that much and still has to find the reast of the parts.

I sold my complete 71 Air Grabber hood for $2300.00 last summer.  :'( I probably could have got a little more if I tried harder but Indyman from this forum drove right to my haouse and gave me cash and helped me take it off my car.

Ghoste

I'm kind of embarrassed to be from the same country as him.  I noticed that he has specified those prices are US dollars too just so no one mistakes his bin price for Canuckadian bucks.  He doesn't want to ship it either.  For that price, he should almost deliver it personally.

They should rename those hoods " MONEY GRABBER" .And then there's the " POCKET BULGE" hood also.

that is what I'm saying... and no, is not an ilusion... is a GIANT difference. On top looks like a 72 and underside looks like a 73

That is interesting, i see the difference in the vents too. what do you think happened? do you think that the hood was re-skinned or a 73 power bulge was cut up (very well) to make it appear to be a A/G hood?

Dodge-Charger

Ican only get the background of the pic to show up here. I can not see it through the other part of this vent.

If that was a 73 hood he must be an excellent metal worker to get the flange in the AG opening that perfect.

I think he'd have some interest if it were complete, but at least he wrapped the rear corners. How many times have you seen those points beat up, shaved down, & bent all to hell?  ::)

hell, you could buy 3 M-bodies for that price!!

why does it look like that hood is really fiberglass instead of metal?
