Will a Thermoquad carb set up for Lean Burn work on a car that has been converted to an electronic ignition?

Without the Lean Burn computer, it will run half a$$ at best. Mixture control solenoids, and tamper proof idle screws are problematic.
Need to find a Pre-Lean Burn T-Q. I recommend something like an Edelbrock carb. to save hassles.

Ok thanks. I found a carb locally that was pulled off a running 1969 Dodge Coronet with a 440. Another Thermoquad. Will this one bolt up?

Should, but the CFM rating might be a little big for a small block.

A 69 coronet with a 440 would have had a Carter AVS, not a Thermoquad on it if it had the correct carb on the car when you removed it.

I know nothing of the car it came off of, I just know the guy I talked to had a Thermoquad from a 440 and he said it came off a 69 Coronet.
