I was half expecting to see a thread about Fred being an interesting poster.

Those look cool but the Dukes and 60 seconds are a little plain for my tastes.

Ghoste

A DMCL 69 one would be cool.

Just 6T9 CHGR

Cool but they got the year wrong on the Dukes poster :shruggy:

Those aren't the years for the cars, it's the year the show/movie came out. DoH was '79, Smokey was '77, VP was '71, etc.

Actually, the DOH technically began in the fall of 1978.

From my understanding the first 9 episodes were PRODUCED in October and November of 1978 but still weren't AIRED on TV until January 26th 1979.

Cooter, i can still remember as a 10-11 year old talking to my cousins while playing in a ditch and we were talking about a new show coming out, TDOH and we couldnt wait until it aired!

Cooter

Funny, I had a similar experience riding the school bus and a few kids were talking bout a new show with a cool car that jumps. Couldn't wait to get home and ask Mom what it was. She had NO clue what I was referring to so i missed the first five on TV. Had to wait for re0runs to find out about the early episodes.
