What, if any, are the differences between a 318 block and a 340 block?
Cars owned:
1968 Dodge Charger, 48k orig. miles, family owned since new.
Not a Hemi, a mini-hemi 340.

Yep thats what my machine shop stopped me at, makes for a great 402 though  :icon_smile_big:

The new and improved 318 to 402 Stroker 4" bore 4" MP Forged Crank 414 HP and 466 ft/lbs Torque...not bad for a old 318...

I test fit it last month to check the oil pan clearance and then pulled it out again, the car will hopefully be painted March/April/May sometime and then I will start reassembling it.

Yes, the full Edelbrock package, Performer RPM Heads, Performer RPM Cam, EPS 800 Carb, and Performer RPM Air Gap Intake (I have a second Air Gap intake set up for Direct Port N2O :) too).
