383 that is stuck issues..

i aquired a charger with a 383 that ran but has been sitting for about 3 years and the pistons are stuck in the cylinders. I pulled the plugs and they werent rusty or anything either. Also, I drained the oil and it didnt have any water in it so far.

What would be the best oil to pour down the cylinders to free it up? would Marvel mystery oil work?

You could try the stabil fogging oil or try pouring some marvel mystery oil down the spark plug holes.  IF that doesn't work you will probably half to pull the heads and gently tap on the pistons with the oil in there.  with any luck it will at least loosen up the pistons and then try to manually turn the engine over with either a fly wheel tool or being very careful and using the bolt for the harmonic balancer.

 spray /pour WD40  down each bore , let is sit for a few days a week ,  then with the plugs removed , put a braker bar on the crank bolt & just feel the tention , put a little pressure on it , if starts to move , leave it to soak more with wd40 a day ect , then try again  ,
but  a stuck motor 9 -times out of 10 , well need rings & a hone job at least
