Well - I am looking for a rare photo - can't find one elsewhere...    So I decided to make it a little game for you guys.   

I am looking for a engine bay photo of a 1968-1969 B-body with a 318 / auto optioned with cruise control and NO power brakes...

Not possible....N88 Speed Control REQUIRES power brakes.......for 69 Chargers anyway


I only have (2) 318 cars with N88 in the registry.....only pic I have of that engine compt now has a Hemi transplant

Well - looking at the FSM it states that N88 can be optioned with a 318 without power brakes.  It shows a vac line going from the cruise module directly to the intake...    reading "LA engine only" - factory literature also states that power brakes were mandatory with 383, 440   

So logic says that it is possible to get N88 without power brakes with a 318...    so I was curious if anyone has seen it.

Digging deeper it seems like you are correct about the 383-440 deal

Yep...   So I am curious if there is any photos of the N88 option on a manual brake 318 car...       I figure if there is anything that can stump this crowd it would be this.
