Ignition switch not working ?????

  The car won't start with the key but it starts fine off the relay. That little yellow wire bit me once but it is tight this time. Any ideas ?

test for power at the yellow wire with the key in the start position , no power you have a problem at the firewall , ign switvh plug or the switch itself , check the brown wire for ground , no ground you have a problem with the NSS or wiring , if both are good then the relay is bad

you can also jump the red and yellow wire in the ignition plug. that should turn the car over it would eliminate the possibility of a bad switch anyway.
