Who plans to attend THIS one?
The show will be held at their usual venue, Ohlone College in Fremont CA. I have been to their shows before. The only thing that I didn't like was that they were NOT allowed to serve CHEESE on their hamburgers due to some issue with the Board of Health. Pretty odd.
This year, I understand that they are also hosting a Daytona/Superbird show the same day. Sounds like a good time.

I'll be there in the '68, bent fender and all.  ;)  There should be at least 10 or so members present with their rides. Should be a more visually heightened show with the Wing cars.

I will be there in the B Body class in the lower parking lot.

I got my acceptance letter and map for the show the other day.
Maybe I will scan it in tonight and post the classes and their locations.

Good idea to post the class locations. It will help to locate our cars so other members can find us.

Mr. Mailman just picked up my entry letter.  ;)

Just getting this thread back to the top. Should be a good crowd and weather. 71 degrees with a clear sky. Pm/email me if you want to meet for breakfast before the show (Steve?....  ;) )

Dan

P.S. I really do like my namesake's '68 Hemi Road Runner....  :yesnod:   ;)

I was kicking the breakfast idea around but I'm leading a group down to Fremont and dropping them off at the Park and Ride just off 680 by the McDonald's.

Figured I would roll into the show about 7:30

We can meet there if you like.

Dans 68

7:30 am it is. See you and Marie then.

Hope you guys have fun. I'll miss the party, cause I spent today (Sat.) dealing with a starter failure. I'm stranded. I'll be crying all Sunday.

Post lots of pics please.  :popcrn:

I was bumbed that Dan (68X426) didn;t make it but Dans 68 rolled in 2 seconds before i did. Just can't plan it any better so we parked next to each other for the day. Here are my pics for the day. It was participant judging so it was hard for me to judge and take pics and the same time. Dan warned me. I did however get 1st place for 66 to 70 Dodge b Body.

We also got to see Marco and talked for a while along with Steve at the end of the day. It was a "when did you get here?" conversation. LOL

I'm beat.

I did pick up a new project at the swap meet,
I will start a new thread about it later.

Well deserved, young man.  :2thumbs: I'll get my photos up a bit later. It was a great day.

The owner of the Lodi first gen charger got my $100 cash drawing.

There was a lot of love shown to the first gen Chargers Sunday.

Now I'm obligated to go back next year to get my ass kicked in the Top Gun category.
Like my Charger is going to beat a HEMI RT Charger, Cuda or Viper ACR but at least I will be parked with the big boys.

Big down side is I won't be able to park with "Dans 68"

Dans 68

That's o.k. I'll just park next to Orvett and his stellar '68 XP (last years Top Gun winner in our category). More my speed anyway.  :icon_smile_big:  Marie can hang with me under the tent as she does not have any pretensions.  :icon_smile_wink:
