Last year. Which is why no one's nicked them off yet and probably never will. And as long as you keep them in the freezer BananaDan..................you will always know where to find them!  :smilielol:

Hi guys, I just got a very good Pm from a mod on here with the start an "S" name on it and it was rude. Would anyone like to read what was said? I am tired of this stuff even from the mod as well.

MoparManJim

I came here afew days ago, to see if I could help FROM people on this forum as they always like helping people find things that turns up missing.. BUT YET WHEN I post something ****ing people just like to poke fun and make fun and be rude to others.. where in life does that get people to? No dang where really. It seems like when others post stuff people wants to help, BUT when certain people post's asking for help, people just like to look and start in at the making fun and what not. I'm tired of it anymore.. I just had a Mod pm me sometime today with a very rude PM when I didn't do a dog gone thing on here BUT ask for help like many of you always do when things turn up missing or get's stolen.  :icon_smile_dissapprove:

No wonder this world is going down hill in a hand basket.. maybe if people was more better to others then what some on this site is maybe the world would be alot better place  ::)

ON top of that, I also posted this in the correct forum area as well.

I have seen threads that are way more worthless being posted by Skip68 and afew others yet people doesn't say a dog gone word about that.. but when someone else does it (like me) or ask's for help, making fun about things starts up.. Do it to the others as well and NOT JUST certain people.

skip68

That's not a fair comparison Jim.   Everybody knows 87% of my post are worthless.

Hey Jim, I know this is meant to be a serious thread and I'm sure if anyone can help they would. We understand it's sad that some low life's have stolen these ducks and feel bad for the little boy. Life sucks sometimes and when you think about it, that's exactly why, when an opportunity comes along where we can have a bit of fun and lighten up on the every day grind, we're quick to take advantage. A good laugh makes life a whole lot more bearable. It's what we all need. There's no disrespect intended mate.  :2thumbs:

Seriously Jim,review a few of you post and you should realize why people jump all over your threads. How many people on this site live in your area? Close enough to see your missing ducks?...........................

jim, you seem to be a nice guy. and we have never had any qualms between us. but when looking for missing ducks, i would probably feel that the only people that can truely help you would be local people. people in the neighborhood or area where the ducks disapeared from. it wont be posted in my local newspaper here in illinois, and im sure if someone stole them, they wont come this far to try to sell them. no disrespect, but i really dont think any of us will be any help. but we (as never grown up kids that we are) still enjoy chatting in these threads. and yes there are some useless threads on here. dont take it to heart and get upset with the system. have fun in here and by posting, if by some freak happening someone sees your ducks, thats a huge plus. :2thumbs:

Not just for the forum members BUT also for the lurkers as well. But I guess alot of you for got about that area I guess. Who knows they might be local near me that might be members on here or even lurkers that I am not aware of.. that is the reason why I put up the missing ducks ad.

For one, I didn't post this thread to get attention, I posted this thread to help a boy out maybe getting his animals back that some one walked off with. Also I have read some of my own post's and there is nothing wrong with them that I don't see why people would have to do what they do. I see other members posting stuff that is worthless and yet I don't at all see those people getting there threads happening like mine does  :shruggy: . When I posted the thread AND if someone couldn't help out, then why reply back then at all just to be a smart alic to the original poster. No they rather choose to be smart alic's instead  :icon_smile_angry: . Or maybe they had a beer or two and it was only the beer talking and not the person them self's.. I don't know.  Also to answer your question as to how many people on this site lives in my area? I don't know. The Ducks can be anywhere, that is why I posted photos in the link I posted so people can see what the ducks looks like in case they see them some where  ::) . It doesn't take a rocket genuineness to realize that one and why I posted the photos for.

Hallelujah, Fred.
So your upset over the pictures I posted, Jim?? Not sure how you were seeing that my "remarks" were directed "toward" you personally.
Seriously? You've got it pretty easy here, Jim. The responders here have been pretty lenient. If anyone else, including myself, posted a Missing Duck thread they'd have their azz handed to them. Everyone here catches a ribbing at one time or another.

For the child's sake, I hope they show up. But you might be better off contacting your local authorities or the ASPCA.
Wait a sec...  :scope:  Nope. They're not here, either.   :shruggy:

Jim, they're ducks ....  Can't somebody just go to a feed store and get four more for a couple bucks?  ???   I mean, .......they're ducks.    I know you said they were in a cage and all but is it possible that raccoons opened it?    I know they can open up latches and that is a good possibility.  Unless it was locked or something.    Anyway, if they were indeed stolen that sucks.  But it really makes me wonder who the Hell steals a duck?

Have you ever work with a disabled kid or kids with down syndrome? They just don't like that, they rather have there stuff back.. if a raccoon did it they would be feathers laying around , there was no feathers at all laying any dang where. Getting another duck for a kid that has down syndrome, they know what there stuff looks like. To you and I a duck is just a duck and we think nothing of it. But to a down syndrome kid it's different, they know there stuff and what each animal of theirs looks like, and when you think you can just go to a store and get another animal so for ex a duck, they will know. The kid that lost his ducks want his ducks back and not some new ducks. These ducks would walk with him and follow him. New ducks will not do that. They each had names, and responded by the names. New ducks will not do that either.

Your right, Fred, it must have been one smart raccoon!

Is it possible a kid left the cage open?   I'd think that would be more believable than somebody stealing a few ducks.  Then again it could be some punk teenagers that took them.    Hard to say.  ???
