Does somebody know if this piece can be still available on Chrysler dealers ? ( or somewhere else ) some time ago still was. I bought one in $40, but missed somewhere allong the shipping route:

PN list for this is:
2932869 (Same As 3431761, 3879325)

I don't like to pay what Bradsnosparts charges for it.

Is not for me, is for a friend

I think I saw that kit on R/T specialties but as people are finding out (including myself), communication is pretty nonexistent so I wouldn't trust spending my money with them. :Twocents:

I have been looking for a very similar kit,  but for the 3-speed wiper motor (see my posting a little while ago: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,95233.msg1088866.html#msg1088866). Does the 3-speed use the same cam kit? If there is a different kit, where could it be found? I am having a hell of a time finding this part!

I checked BradsNosParts and RT specialties and no luck at either...

Thanks,
Adam

If you ever need to see if a part is still available from Chrysler you can use http://www.moparpartsamerica.com.
If it is available there, it is orderable at a dealer.
Looks like it is NS1

The part above definitely looks like the mangled piece I pulled out of my cowl. I have 3 forward notches in front of the "Off" position on the knob on the dash. I suppose it would be possible if someone put a 2-speed on my car before I got it, as it's an SE that came w/ the 3-speed option. Would this mate up the same?

Thanks,
Adam

I put it into the website using the NS1 and it acme up with this:

Part Number   NS1
Part Name   CAMSHAFT LEFT MACHI
MSRP   $230.00
Core   $0.00
Online Price   $165.60

There weren't any picture or anything. I'm hesitant to drop that much w/o knowing for sure that's the one. How did you find that part number through the catalog?

Thanks,
Adam

Sorry for the confusion Adam.  NS1 is Chryslers code for no longer available and deleted from catalog.
Either way, it is not available through Chrysler.
One other place I did think of though is Silke's.  I git my NOS door straps from him.  His prices are VERY fair for NOS parts.  If you have a part number, Iwould most definately call him.  He ships quickly and does not charger a small fortune for that either.
