Whoever took the photo is the holder of the copyright to that photo.  Same goes for any photos.  It's automatic.  Get an agreement in writing...
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

pettybird

The copyright is held by the Cleveland Plain Dealer, our local paper.  It was my idea to put the wings back-to-back, but not my exposure...

Do you know who put together the pic in my avatar?
Can't recall where  I got it.
I'd like to get a t-shirt of it, think that would be cool.

whom ever owns the negative owns the copyright. the new digital world is trying to shadow that but your digital photo card should be your negative also.photo cards are cheap thats why I don't erase them.

Last year, while at a sports bar, I wandered into the men's room and there in one of the urinal advertisement frames was an orange Superbird.  I looked closer .... Hey that's my car.  It was an ad for the body shop that did my nose and hood work.  I am not bothered that he didn't ask because he did really fantastic work and I hope the photo brings him more business.  The Devils Tower photo is making the rounds.  It popped up again on another facebook page.

the guy has some serious balls. while he offers several cool posters, i doubt Disney would be very accepting of him reproducing their material.
