I got my new Quicktime bell today, pleasantly surprised they incorporate the starter cover now.
I have a good, strong, magnet base on my dial and got consistent readings on several go-rounds.
I'm thinking I need the .007-.014 offset dowels? (Please see pic, all readings are +)

7 * should get you close , 1/2 of 16 thou to get to zero

It's my poor writing, I think you're seeing the bottom reading as "16". The bottom reading is .026.
So half of that (13*) is what I'll try to move, right? I'm going to order a set of Robb MC's as soon as I'm sure.
Thanks, Chryco

Yeah you need to adjust approx 1/2 the distance , I think Moroso or Lakewood has the pins for less $$ than Mopar , try Jegs .
Start with .014 offset , you should get into spec with that

Just ordered the dowels, thanks again.
You can't tell in the pic, but QT is also making the bell with a Z-bar bracket welded on. None of the pics I saw while shopping showed this. I guess they're trying to keep updating.
