pulley problems

i'm having a hard time finding pulleys for a no a/c, power steering 440.  i've been looking for a small water pump pulley for quite some time now and i haven't had any luck.  i have a custom four core radiator, high flow aluminum water pump and two electric fans and it still wants to get hot.  someone told me that a smaller water pump pulley will do the trick.  what do you guys think.

i couldnt find a pulley for my small block...finally just took a chance and bought a chrome chevy one, it was like it was built for a mopar haha so maybe look at pulleys for other applications.
