Front grill to fender/splash shield area nuts?

As per the title does anyone have a pic or spec of the 4 nuts that secure the studs at the outer ends of the grill, that are visible from inside the fender? Just below the upper splash sheild.

I cut mine off, but have no idea what they look like.

Looking at what I have in the shop, I am leaning towards these

1/4-20 with a free spinning 1" captive washer
Black phosphate plated

Hmmm, interesting. i'll have a rummage through my box and see what i have before i inevitably try and buy some.

Still need to get some A/C line clips too.

Does anyone know where imight get these?

Ive found 2 in my boxes of stuff, but they are 7/8 diameter. They might be off the grill, but i dont know. Either would be good.
