Welcome back, preemptively.  Your car seems to look good already.  What are your plans?

Before I left for Korea, I got her running again. Will be interesting to see how mad she is at me for not starting her for a year. I currently have her tagged and she is in drivable condition.  I only have two spots about softball size that need fixed for rot.  All interior needs refreshed.  Only my gas gauge and oil work.  One quarter sized hole in the headliner...  Very solid car to start with.  When i get back I plan on taking the 440 out and paying to have it beefed up and while that is being done doing the interior myself.  I would like to loose the 727 and find a good manual but will take it in stride.
