Tic Toc Tach repair

Does anyone know who can repair a Tic Toc Tach?

We are in the final stages of restoring a friends 70 Charger R/T and neither the tach or clock work.

Also, will the stock Tic Toc Tach work with the electronic ignition conversion?

 A Google search for "mopar tach repair" will give you several repair places/options. I have not dealt with any myself so cannot recommend any.

Yes, the tach should work with the Chrysler ignition conversion. I have done conversions on two cars with factory tachs and had no problems.
