Lol I know, if you look off to the right you can see a tiny row of palm trees.    Before I moved down here I thought that Florida was 99% palm trees and sand, and that's really not true unless you're right on the beach somewhere.   For the most part they have to plant the palms, especially in North Florida, where the saying is that the area 'is more pine than palm'.

The inner parts of Central Florida (Ocala/Gainesville) are just flat densely wooded areas with more Live Oaks covered in Spanish Moss than any kind of tropical palm, and a bunch of lakes everywhere.   If you blink you'd think you were in Minnesota or something, except for the fact that if you open your mouth you might swallow 34 bugs before you can close it again :)
