got the panel hung,now gotta get the door back on to line it all up ,i hope i dont have to take this thing on & off more the 15 more times!!!!

spliced in the sail panel & cut out the upper window channel

made this out of the old dutchman for the upper channel

got it all welded in,now LOTS of grinding & then filler.

that would be the only thing that makes since,cause i think we all must be crazy 

the upper window area was not that bad but from the vinyl top it was real thin in some areas & as much time & money i'v got in this thing already i just cut it all out & replaced

Yep, and the ones saying that are the same ones looking for a ride when it's finished too. I can attest to that rust repair work Charlie. Looks great. Keep at it and before you know it, you'll be shootin' color on that thing. Oh, glory day!

got all the seams ground & sprayed with copper weld through primer

replaced all the plastic rollers & lubed all my window regulators moving parts,NOW IT WORKS ,it was very easy with the quarter off the car!! thanx again DC.COM

PREPPED the panel & already fitted the lower corner cap,it has to be welded on the panel before the 1/4 is put on the car,thanx dc.com
