Thanks guys, A little more detail its got a rebuilt 383 with 50000km on it with a brand new rebuilt 727

The interior is in pretty good condition (will have pics up later today) and has no dents or rust as far as I can tell.

My goals are basically to have a super sexy car that can light them up when needed but is comfortable to just cruise around town.

First things first I'll be stripping the car to the metal and priming it - then taking it to a local body shop to finish and paint (black with white rally stripes)

Then there is no other major things needed at this stage except a few items:

Need a new Rad
Make the windshield Wipers work
New power steering pump
Make the headlights work (high beams work)
Find out what to do with that forest green interior.

I'll be updating you guys! I'm excited to share this with you guys I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I do.

Looks like you've got a good start.  I'd look on rockAuto for the wiper motor, got mine on there (good price fast shipping), they probably have powersteering pump too.  My interior is blue, I will be swapping it out with black  :2thumbs:

This car was up for sale on this site a week or two ago, and belonged to a member here.   :2thumbs:

Welcome to the Charger Forum!  You have a very nice car.  Congratulations on your purchase!  What are your plans for your car?

Nice car to start with. I see factory A/C?

Green and purple. Psychedelic, man!

Congrats.

PS - If you are replacing the radiator due to heating issues, first see about adding a fan shroud. The fan is way more efficient with a shroud, plus your blade looks to be a little extra far back from the radiator.

Looks great. Now all it needs is that good six pack scoop for the hood. Not that trashy cheapy one, but the good one that looks like a factory piece.

ooo a hood scoop could be some kind of sexy! My plans are to eventually have it a nice tuxedo black with white rally stripes
but the quote was around 10k for all the little dings and warps that are in it - the satin hides them all and it looks badass for now though!

Got it nice enough to show off while I continue on the rest of the car (still needs some tlc)

Impressive!  I ONLY wish I was that far along on my project...  Seems like 'forever' away till I can even hear the motor run!  Congrats on your purchase!  Light 'em up for me!   Until I can do my own... ;D :popcrn:

Wilsoner

Wish I could bake em, the 3.23 Suregrips don't make it easy at all - 4.10's hopefully coming soon =D

Clean car. I'm not a big fan of satin black but it sure works on your car, big improvement! Did that car come from Kelowna? It looks familiar.

Yah it did it was from CURTISC a member here, it now resides in Castlegar as the only one I've seen here  :icon_smile_big:
