Driver side HP Exhaust Manifold

I am having a devil of a time getting one of the bolts off of the manifold. The two bolts where the manifold attaches to the Exhaust pipe. I almost feel like they built the manifold around the bolt so you would have to buy a special tool. Is it truly a two man job? So far everything else has come apart with ease. This bolt I just don't know how to get at. It's not frozen it turns But I just can't get an angle on it. Any suggestions?
