I have a 68 Charger. 440. I need to completely rebuild the front end. I've been reading the posts about the Poly bushing, most that used them don't like them. I'll listen to experience. It sounds like Moog is the way to go. The car is a cruiser, but I do plan on running down the track from time to time.  I was going to buy the Just Suspension Super Stock Front Kit. Thats $470.00 w/shipping.
They offer a 11/16" tie rod ends and solid sleeves for better handling. (Whats the opinions)???
Does Moog offer a complete kit from my car. if so does anyone know any part#'s ?????
Also some said that for the 68 Charger we can order parts to an Imperial which has the 11/16" rods.. Does anyone know this to be true???

Thanks Guys
Pete

I put in poly when I rebuilt my suspension during the winter of '96/'97. I would never consider rubber again. If you get the regular poly bushings you HAVE to lube the crap out of them when you install them. Since I've put mine in I haven't heard more than two or three squeaks.

As far as the other parts I just shopped around. I actually got all the parts separately at different places for a lower total cost than any of the kits that were advertised at the time. There is something to be said for the convenience of getting it all at once though.

:iagree
I used the lube that came with the bushing and they squeek often, especilly when cold. I wouldn't change tie rods...I've never heard of anyone breaking them. Go NAPA or other brand name parts dealer and you can easily beat the magazine guys...faster, less expenive and 9  out of 10 time it's the same parts with diffrent labels

This might help...

C body tie rods & sleeves with the larger diameter are interchangable

Hey Niel, good to hear from you again....  I am going with the Moog Parts...
When I go to the part store, they are going to need vehicle information to get the part #'s.
For the tie rod ends and sleeves,  What model and year should I ask for ????
Thanks Pete

I got my all moog parts kit from mancini racing ( stock rubber) and it worked out fine no squeeks or rattles and cost way less than $470
A bunch of times people have called out "nice charger"
