72 bumper brackets on a 73 adjustment?

Hi Guys, my son and myself just put 72 brackets on my 73 SE.  I really like the way it looks but it shows too much of the top of the valance, do you think it's just a matter of me having the bumper too high?  Oh yeah, I didn't paint the inside of the tail lights black so please don't flame me for that - the bonehead kid that had it before me did

I don't think it's a real big issue, 90% of people will not be low enough to notice. If you wanted you could paint the area behind the bumper white, that what those gaps in the valance will not be as noticeable

Thanks AK, I was thinking that when I paint the car (B5 blue like Maw MOPAR intended), then everything behind will be painted blue so it should blend in like you said.  thanks
