Simply put I downloaded a program that allowed me to watch Netflix.com in Canada. It pretty much was a proxy server saying I was in the US. I accidentally clicked on DC.com in my favorites instead of netflix and was instantly banned for it.

Which is weird since I'm at work now and our entire work network is a proxy server saying I'm in a totally different city in my province than where I actually am

Similar thing happened to me when checking DC.com on my work laptop while in China.  The laptop got blocked due to spam control.  I could log on when I got back on my home laptop, but the work laptop couldn't view the site.

I was blocked by DC.com at my prior job as well. Cant remember the message but it made it sound like I was doing something illegal.

Getting banned from being in China has nothing to do with spam. Troy once had some really bad Chinese food that made him sick & had him camped out on the toilet for 4 days, so he just takes it personal.

you will need to clear out all your "cookies", temp folders,  and cache .....that should get you back in

They can ban you over B/S however they can not control banning "Illegal Imigrant's" from crossing the Border's though?

I got banned too last weekend. I was attempting to update my profile and got locked out and called a spammer. I kind of took offense to it.
