Max lift stock 516 heads

I have a set of stock 516 heads on my stock 67 383 2 barrel engine. Any one know what the max lift is on the stock springs?

the heads are good for .500 ish lift without trimming the guides down , if the stock springs are 40 years old they are probably no good for stock lift @ .440 lift
