Just watched a beautiful 71 RR sell for 12k. What the heck?  I know paint jobs that cost more than that.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

You never know how good or bad some of those cars really are though.  You get them under the lights and they just pop, especially on tv.

It looked nice, but I can see ugly at the rear lowers.  Could be done more original though. Probably fair price after all.  :icon_smile_big:

A true 1971 Plymouth Road Runner with a modified original 383cid engine and original 4-speed transmission. Custom modified paint job that is era correct. This is a great driving car.

Not loving the furry dash pad, who knows what sort of cracks are hiding under there.  At the end I suppose it was a fair price in that room at that moment, roll the dice and bring up the next lot.

I wouldn't have paid $12K for that.

Yeah I just saw it rolling out and was thinking how little 12k was. It is a 4 speed car though. If it didn't have the white I'd like it for they price.

I watched some beautiful cars go for less than $20K....I was thinking the same thing...most of those cars went for the price of their paint jobs....wish I was in the position to be a buyer...

I barely saw the '75 vette convertible roll off stage, sold for $33K.  Isn't that a bit steep for a '75 vette?
