Hey

Liked the movie's , be cool to have one , but i don't see it being worth  the $115.000.00 asking price .

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Charger-1968-DODGE-CHARGER-Fast-and-Furious-Vin-Diesel-MOVIE-Hero-Car-FF4-FF5-/251033860409?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3a72c8b939#ht_7643wt_1167

I have seen this one in person ,as it belongs to a friend , he also has the Toretto chevelle from Fast N Furious .

Both cars went to auction recently at premierprops.com , this one only went to $7600 , the chevelle $3500 .

The dude is dreaming!!!  Only way it's worth that is if he throws in about 3-4 more cars. What a waste of a perfectly good eBay auction! Ha!

why is it  in one pic i see five cars ,2 with blowers and license plate and window sticker missing on some other  pics........

Maybe not so crazy. Not sure I wouldn't try the same thing.  Did you ever watch one of the TV shows on lottery winners?   They pay stupid money for stupid, tacky, crap.

Maybe there is some "super fan" that just won the lottery, got an insurance payoff, won a personal injury suit,   google millionare, inheritance,  etc,  with more money than brains.

While the odds are still long, the age of that fan would still be young and therefore more likely to blow the money.    I can see some idiot sitting by his gold Elvis statue bragging that he paid $100k for the FF charger.   :Twocents:

Ghoste

Oh man, how low has a cars status sunk when its in the same league as gold Elvis statues? :smilielol:

Would be neat to own but I don't think it's worth $115,000 just because Vin Diesel farted into the seat cushions. I'd rather build a replica for less than half the price.
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.

Different chargers for different shots , funny thing was his one broke down that day on set , freeze plug fell out , and they never used his for the shot , one of them in the lineup ,was destroyed by the bus flip and roll .

With my '69 in the body shop I'm considering that myself.  Flat silver/black, gutted interior, sheet metal for interior panels, nothing but gauges, shiny wheels.........yeah...

First thing i would do , would be replace the drive line with original mopar running gear !!. $115k , i don't see it happening .
