Ive allways been a chevy guy and it was pretty straight forward with glass removal, just work a wire thru to to outside and wrap it around a piece of wood and you a buddy start working around to the starting point and lift er out-but im stripping my 67 parts car and ive never done a Dodge back glass,is the glass held in with the rubber strip? How do i remove it safely w/o breaking it and can I reuse the rubber?
This is gonna be cheap and easy......

If the Rubber is original chances are its not going to survive pulling it away from the glass anyway, a new window seal from steele will set you back about $100 +
For the sake of that large awkward rear glass peice, Id suggest you sumply run an exato blade along the underside of the rubber channel (outside) and cut the rim off. Then simply pull the glass up out of the hole and remove the rest of the seal.
