Because idiots like this are out there Dumbing down the gene pool. Idiots like that are the ones that are an ignorant menace on the road. They stand in the MIDDLE of the aisles at grocery stores. They go on the Maury Povich show with the intention of learning who the father of their UNborn baby is, and cry when 10 guys are ruled out. These are the kinds of people that buy things that they cannot afford, then file bankruptcy. 
I can't see why anyone would NOT  be annoyed by people like this.

If they are stupid then they fall behind as the rest move ahead,most times.
