3rd gen tire/wheel sizes?

I need some help with picking out some wheel and tires for the rear of my 71. Im thinking of 15x8 in the rear for wheels but want something fat for tires maybe 275 on up, wondering if anyone can help me out show off some photos, anything would be helpful

Here's a 255/60-15 about to be replaced after riding the front of my Charger for about 20 years.

This'll give you a bit of look at 275/60-15s and their proximity to my leaf springs. The lugs have already been removed from the LR in this shot, so the wheel's at a bit of an angle.

I'm using 17x9 with 4.5" backspacing and 275/50 tires. no rubbing on the fender lip and about 1" to the leafsprings.
