I didnt feel like paying someone $300 to restore it so i did it myself for the price of cad & zink plating and some cloth covered wiring from a local Model A resto shop.  Not bad for my first one.  Bill

I used Eastwood Spray Gray on the housing and Detail Gray on the front cover.  I'm pleased with it and it works great.

Very nice. Terrific job

I decided to go the route I did because I had an incorrect motor on mine. I had a 68 that I purchased from a friend of mine years ago that I wanted to trade in for a perfectly restored 70 motor so a trade in worked well for me. :cheers:
