Hey gang..
Anyone live near North/Central Penn.? Sayre, Waverly or Owego, NY? I'm heading up there for a field job in April. Need to get a hotel, but don't want to fall into a "bad or seedy" part of town. Are there any locations in this area of Penn./NY I should stay away from?
