Yes, 68 BB engines are blue. In 69 they were orange.

My '68 R/T.....a little messy....she's been "dormant" for 4 years....the air clear in basically just there to keep dust out of the carb....a shorter one will go there...haha.

Yes, 68 BB engines are blue. In 69 they were orange.

Non HP 383s were blue in 69.

Not 68-70 Charger but an idea.

I feel the Mopar aluminum valve cover is played out so I switched it up with these aluminum ones.  Painted the motor, replaced a bunch of trinket stuff.
Little bit of stock, little bit of aftermarket.

I would also like to know more about this question. The reason is that I have a NOS master cylinder sitting on my parts shelf.  It has a part number on the box that is says that it is for a 71-72 A-body. The brake lines connect on the engine side of it.  I have often wondered if it might be for a right hand drive car or something.

took these yesterday ,

eagle eyes will notice plastic cable ties on a 1/4" copper pipe running along side the fuel line  , yeah i know its not the safest looking set up , its  temporary  !! been running an  experiment  for a while ,  made the second fuel feed on the thunder a  metered  return fuel line back to the tank , so cooler fuel constantly flows through the carb ,
got a new cam to try , so will bend up  1/4 steel fuel line & use S shaped clips then   easier when the carb & intake are off on the work bench  , should i decide to run that sort of return

The non Hemi power brakes, the lines faced the engine. The Hemi powered ones faced away from the engine.

Here is my red 70 Charger engine bay. While it may look stock, but it is not. There is a six pack NOS system, Headers, Custom built 4 core radiator, vaccuum canister hidden under battery tray, electronic ignition all hidden in there somewhere.
