That thing's better than factory-new.  How're your new leaf springs holding up, pun intended?

She helped me out with a new ground strap for my 2 speed motor. She's on this forum once in a while.

Looks like this could be Jerry Schmidts business Concours Creations.  Same products and same city, Orange City, Fla.  Just a coincidence?  Is he doing business now under a different name?  His work was outstanding but was out for a long time due to a hurricane that messed his life up.  Wound up keeping my stuff over a year before I could get it back...unfinished.

Passion4Mopars

Thanks for all the kind words!!  And Jerry taught me to build so if it looks like his work I figure I'm doing DAMNED good!

Hit me up if you need something, even if it's just some assist

I should add to my above post that Jerry Schmidt did right by me, I just thought he was out of business and apparently so.  I had sent some parts to be redone in about 2005, a few weeks later was when Florida was hit with multiple Cat 3 and 4 hurricanes.  I understand Jerrys home and shop were severely damaged.  It was difficult to get ahold of him and understandably so as he had to move out.  It took a long time to get my parts back, but did eventually. No work had been done.  Jerry told me then it would be a long time before he would be able to do any work.  I'm glad to see that this kind of work and of this caliber is still being done and that Jerry was able to pass on what he was able to do.

First person that comes to mind there is Kori???  LOL  It's ok, over time the "bling" will fade abit, like it does with all of us as we grow older  LOL  I used to be hot in the day...a few decades later, I'm still hot, it just comes in flashes

Jerry's shop is up and running now, he's still in business and told me to let you know that if he didn't make things right back when, give him a shout and he'll make them right for you now     :2thumbs:

Looks great!  Kim did my motor too and I love it.  I even had an issue that fried the motor which ended up being my fault due to crossing two of the brown wires on the back of my switch, but she and Jerry helped me troubleshoot on the phone, I sent the motor back and she re-did it all at no cost.

GOOD PEOPLE ALERT!!!

Thanks Kim!
