not sure about 318 Chargers but any performance one would have it

My '71 Charger (originally a 318 Charger 500) came with a front swaybar, but it was a little skinny one.

Swaybar info doesn't come up on fender tags, you need to go to the broadcast sheet for that detail.

I never have seen or known about a 3rd gen without front sway bar, HOWEVER it looks some could came without it
