I did a bit of aligning on the driver side door on my '69 (I'm a freak for body panel alignment) and I got it really, really close-I'm happy.

However my window now is not seated against the weather stripping as the door movement caused the window to "pull" away from the car. I know that I can take the door panel off and get at the adjustments but is there a way that I can do some adjusting without taking the door apart?

I need about 1/4 inch and it should seat just fine.

thanks!

I don't think so Bill. I have to do the same on my drivers side. Easiest fix.....remove the door panels. Good luck.

Found something...there are three adjustment "ports" on the door a bolt on top of the door, a black cap leading to a bolt located on the lower end of the door and one on the very bottom of the door that sort of lines up with the leading edge of the window.

I loosened all three and played with it a bit and it gave me what I needed!
