I like these rims but the smallest they make it in 20in so I wanted to get an idea how much tire I'll have with 20s

I think with the rims being mostly black, it will make them have a lower profile and will look better, just wish the whole rim was black.
like this bad ass RR

18's in the front 20's in the back. Personally 20 is the max I would go. I was still able to get a tall enough sidewall so that it worked with the look I was going for. I think the rims you have picked out would look killer. If you have a side shot of the car/rim I can try to photoshop it on the car for you.

this is the only one I got right now, cars in the garage and isn't really movable and there's bad light in the garage. Your charger looks good with those rims!

haha I think its a truck/suv rim but I still like it

Are these good enough for you to do a PS?

Finn

Yeah those are perfect, Ill give it go after work!

Finn, what size tires did you use for the front and back. I really like your setup.
69 dodge charger 383/727/3.55 (my dad is the original owner-matching number) stroked to a 496😉

Finn

Sorry for the crappy job, I tried but I couldn't lower the car with you guys in front of it. I can totally see those rims working with the right stance though.

Nah it's not bad, I agree with correct stance it will look killer. The rubber looks kinda small but i understand that's just how the picture came out. I showed it to my dad and he like them, he was just thinking maybe we should paint the polished part black as well. I think I can probably fit as much rubber as you did on your charger even though mines a 3rd gen

xpbprox

Ill probably being with something like 295/45/20(rear) and 255-275/45/20(front)

Finn

Yeah definitely taller sidewall would be better. You probably can, I'm running stock wheel wells (should have put tubs in).

I'm running stock as well but it has 295 BFG's right now and it even has some extra room in there. I'm also running coilovers so leafs won't be in the way.

I like the rims, but I do think they would look better with out the chrome.

Have you seen the SRT10 Viper rims? They are pretty badass, and can be gotten in gloss or matte black. Also in 20 inch(or 22, but that's just too big).

Do you have any details on the coilovers? I've been looking at doing those on my car.

Finn, what's your occupation? Haha Is that an H1 parked at your place? Badass.

xpbprox

Yes I love those rims too, especially the ones with the red stripe! I had forgotten about those because the smallest they made them was 20s but now I'm kinda open to 20s... Yeah the shinny stuff has got to go, I think the viper wheels are cheaper and have more fitment options.

Yeah I noticed the H1 too, I love those man! good taste in vehicles

SG1022

That's what I eventually want on my '74 the whole car is black and purple. I really think those would top it off, and although I wouldn't run anything bigger than a 20 inch rim, our cars do look good with the right sized 20. Our cars are big enough to handle those rims. :2thumbs:

Those rims are also reproduced now, so you don't have to buy them off an SRT10.

I'd love some details on your suspension setup. I was debating upgrading springs/shocks, VS buying a coilovers setup.

xpbprox

oh and for coilovers I went here http://reillymotorsports.com/
great guy, they have suspensions for the front and rear. The rear needs some welding done, looks pretty simple though. Front suspension is all bolt on but it's $$ cheaper then XV and magnum force, magnum force and RMS might be pretty close on price. I think RMS is the best out of the 3, did I need coilovers all around? no Did I want them? YES!

RMS has great build quality, welds were awesome, I've heard of some QA issues with XV

I personally think the gunmetal grey wheels would look SICK on your car -  just a little contrast to the black exterior    :Twocents:

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T - 5.7L Hemi / 6-speed / 3.73 Limited Slip

Those viper rims I was talking to you about are available in grey too, pictures kinda seem off tone though...

yea but will the viper wheel offset work ?

xpbprox

I think it will work with a spacer, I have all the specs now. I just need one of those tools to measure my rear wheel specs.

xpbprox

I'm really leaning towards going with the all black viper wheels BTW guys
