rebuilding water pump

Seems that no one carries replacement seals that can be pressed onto the water pump shaft for a 68 440.  I was able to find a replacement pump from OReilly's but the pump vanes are about 1/3 shorter and you can tell the difference watching the coolant move slowly thru the rad with the cap off.  Anyone know where to buy the replacement seals?  Thanks.

The 6 vanes on an A/C pump are smaller than the 8-vane non-A/C, most stores sell the A/C pump as a generic replacement. The correct 8-vane pumps are available.
